Our minimum goods
order value is only £3.00 (this is the goods value excluding the P&P costs)
for order paid for by cards or PayPal.
We regret that
due to the ever increasing costs levied by banks on commercial business taking
cheques, our minimum order value for orders paid by cheque is £10.00
The shopping cart
prevents progress to the payment stage until the value is equalled or exceeded.
Orders placed for payment by cheque for values less than £10.00 plus postage
cannot be processed.
Whatever payment
option you choose, you will always see the total order value, including postage
costs, before you need make any commitment
to order or be asked enter any
personal information (unlike the majority of on-line ordering systems).
VAT
The prices listed on our website include the current
rate of Value Added Tax (VAT) in the UK (20%)
If your are not in the UK the
VAT element is not charged once your country has been selected in the address
entry
section.
Payment by
Cheque (UK customers only)
If you opt to pay by cheque, goods will not be dispatched
until the cheque has been received by us.
We reserve the right to hold dispatch until the cheque has cleared for higher
value orders from new customers.
If you require immediate dispatch when paying by cheque, please contact us after
placing your order to discuss.
You must include a valid telephone number if paying by cheque.
Your order will
be processed much more efficiently and quickly if you place your order via the
website and select
the 'pay by cheque' option instead of compiling your order via the website and
then printing and posting/e mailing the order list.
Please do not send cash in the post or credit card details
by normal e mail
Payment by Credit & Debit Card
 
If you select this
option on the shopping cart, when you elect to proceed to payments, you will
automatically be transferred to our secure server hosted by Opayo (formerly Sagepay).
Opayo use the
most up to date encryption methods to ensure that your card information remains
confidential.
Payment by PayPalTM
After placing
your order, the shopping cart system will offer you the selection of payment
methods.
If you chose PayPal, you will be automatically taken to our account on
the secure PayPal website.
Your can make payment via PayPal either using a PayPal account balance, or by
use of am credit or debit card
(you are not required to have a PayPal account to make a payment via
their secure system with a card)
We can accept
PayPal payments in Pounds Sterling only.
Please note that we do not accept PayPal
'E-cheques'
Order acknowledgement
After you submit
your order and after you have completed one of the payment options, you will be sent an automatic acknowledgement
via e mail.
In the unlikely event
that we have a problem with any aspect of your order, we will then contact you
again via e mail.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WITHIN A FEW MINUTES
- THIS PROBABLY MEANS THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED AN INVALID E MAIL ADDRESS.
Making changes to, or cancelling your order
We will dispatch your goods at the earliest opportunity. If
you wish to cancel or query any aspect of your order, it is important you do
this as soon as you can after you receive the order confirmation e mail, as the
vast majority orders are despatched with 24 hours of order, and usually
same day for orders placed before 3pm.

Due to the vast range (and occasional spec
change made by engine manufacturers), when ordering engine bearings whenever
possible we recommend
that you check the old units against the dimension tables on our engine bearing
pages. We will always exchange incorrect units (returned in the original packaging) but
obviously this is an inconvenience to you, and us, and is best avoided.
